Jersey born, lived and worked on Jersey all my life, I established my travel business in 2009 because I understand and appreciate the importance of holidays. Many people consider or talk about a holiday as being a luxury, but from my personal experience and talking with my clients, I know they are a necessity, and a well-earned one at that. Holidays are the only time everyone can enjoy quality time together without unwelcome interruptions from the outside world.
With today’s busy lifestyle, with professional and personal commitments, many people do not have the time to plan their holidays, often, they will not have the time to spend hours or days off visiting a high street travel agent, sometimes waiting in a queue. Nor is it everyone’s idea of fun to spend their evenings and weekends searching the internet, especially when there will be little or no service to back up their proposition.
This is why I offer a truly dedicated, professional, and personal travel service. With 28 years of experience in sales and management in the travel industry in Jersey, I have learned that exceptional service, in-depth knowledge, and attentive after-sales support are vital.

I take the time to understand my clients’ holiday requirements by listening to them closely, ensuring that the destinations, hotels, tours, and experiences I suggest will meet their expectations perfectly.
Company founders Mark and Stuart Swords have been in the travel industry since they were 19 years old. Between them, they’ve taken on almost every job in the business; managing hotels and retail stores, and working in the touring, cruise and flight sectors, as well as, of course, creating tailor-made holidays.
With a knack for understanding clients’ needs, Mark was always a top seller, and decided to set up on his own in 2017. Stuart joined a year later, and the duo have spent the last seven years building the business into one of the most successful boutique luxury travel agencies in the UK. Their strategy of personal service has proved a roaring success, and they have a stable of happy repeat clients. With a new retail store in Wimbledon village where they can host events as well as welcome clients, the business is going from strength to strength.
